HP MINI OSX 10.5.6 Walkthrough Home
There are two versions for installing. Version 3 is the most up to date. It has been tested working by others. If it fails, try Version 1. Note in Version 1 you will end up with 10.5.6 installed instead of the most recent 10.5.8. Version 1: You will end up with 10.5.6. Only problems you will run into will be non working keyboard and trackpad, both of which are addressed in the guide by using the voodooHDA package included in the files. Version 2: You will end with the most up to date 10.5.7. You will run into the same keyboard/trackpad issue which is addressed, but you may also run into display (resolution) issues. As long as you follow the guide you should notexperiencethese problems. Version 3: For the HP/Compaq Mini 110 owners, a detailed guide on installing OS X via iDeneb. You will end up with the latest 10.5.8 software update. Regularly updated with lists of compatible updates and other fixes. |
